He mills locally grown organic whole grains using a stone mill imported from France. No additives or preservatives. Flavourful and satisfying, especially when enjoyed with fine cheese! Choose between a 3, 6 or 9 month subscription and receive 3 "mystery" cheeses delivered to your door. Deliveries will run year round, starting in September, and excluding the months of July, August and December. You will receive a total of approximately 750g of cheese along with food, wine or beer pairing recommendations. A great way to learn more about the fine cheese world and to experience new flavours and styles of cheese.
